Rooms Policy


  • Cancellation Policy:
    Reservations must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room, tax and fees
  • Deposit Policy:
    All room reservations will be subject to a one-night deposit, plus taxes, to be charged at the time of booking.

Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Government-issued photo ID is required.

Check-in time 4 p.m. Check-out time 12 p.m. Rates subject to change. Parking Available. Property is non-smoking, with exception of outdoor cigar terrace. Family Policy – Primary guest must be 18 or older. Children 15 and under stay free with a parent or guardian. Roll away beds are not available. Lodge Kohler is dog-friendly. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. A flat fee of $100 will be added to your bill for supplementary cleaning. Extensive damage will result in additional charges. Please call reservations for full details or to confirm availability of a dog friendly room.     Mon – Thursday 8:30am – 8:30pm (services 9am – 8pm), Friday – Sunday 7:30am – 8:30pm (services 8am – 8pm)
  • AGE REQUIREMENTS
    SPA – 16 years old
    SALON – All ages
  • SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
    Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance. Discounts are not valid on 25-minute services.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled, so the next guest may begin promptly.
  • WHAT TO BRING
    You will need to bring your swimsuit for the Hydromassage Experience Pool. Robes and towels are provided to all guests. We suggest leaving valuable jewelry at home.
  • SPA USAGE FEE
    Use of spa amenities requires a usage fee of $50 per person. This fee is waived with the purchase of one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person Monday-Thursday and non-holidays. This fee is waived with the purchase of two 50- or 80- minute spa services per person Friday, Saturday, Sundays, and all holidays.
  • GRATUITY
    For your convenience, a 20% service gratuity will be added automatically to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. The service gratuity is comprised of a 16% gratuity and 4% service fee.
  • TECHNOLOGY ETIQUETTE
    To maintain relaxation and quiet within the spa and in consideration of all guests, talking on cell phones or use of camera feature is prohibited.
  • SPA ETIQUETTE
    To maintain relaxation and a quiet, serene environment, please use low voices out of respect to the guest experience.
  • CHECK-IN
    We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. To ensure your safety and comfort, we encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Give yourself time before your treatments to enjoy the Hydromassage Experience Pool. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol cannot be brought into the spa.
