Guests not listed on the reservation will not be granted access to check in to a guest room, please call to add names to your reservation should you not be arriving together.


Cancellation Policy:


May 1 – October 31

Any reservation canceled within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.


November 1 – April 30

Any reservation canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.


Special rates and special events (such as Kohler Food & Wine or others) may require a unique cancellation policy. Please refer to your confirmation for specific details.


Resort Fee includes:

  • Wireless internet
  • On demand shuttle services throughout the resort
  • Surface parking
  • Gaming systems

Age requirement: Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Government-issued photo ID is required.


Family Policy: Children 15 and under stay free with a parent or guardian. The Carriage House is an adult only environment. No children under 16 are allowed in Carriage House rooms.


Inn on Woodlake

Inn on Woodlake is dog friendly. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. A flat fee of $100-$250 will be added to your bill for supplementary cleaning. Extensive damage will result in additional charges. Kohler Cabin Collection


  • Check-in time 4 pm
  • Check-out time 11 am
  • Rates subject to change.

Smoking inside the cabin is PROHIBITED. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected inside the cabin, a $250 penalty will be charged to the credit card on file. Kohler Co. is authorized to charge this fee to your credit card on file.


The Security Deposit is $500. Any damages, including to art installations at Arsham Cabin, will be deducted from your Security Deposit. If for any reason, the amount of damages exceeds the $500 Security Deposit, you agree to allow Kohler to charge your credit card for the excess damages. You further agree to reimburse Kohler Co. for any collection costs, if necessary, and reasonable attorney fees.


After your departure, the property is inspected and inventoried for damages and missing items. Wisconsin law allows 30 days from departure date for damages to be assessed and billed or accounted to guests. You agree that if you do not report all losses or damages to Kohler Co. no later than the departure date will be your responsibility.


All cancellations made within 31 days of the Arrival Date are non-refundable.


If cancellations are made outside of the 31 days of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $75 cancellation fee. Your deposit shall be returned within 30 days of Kohler Co. receiving your cancellation notice. Special rates and special events (such as Kohler Food & Wine or others) may require a unique cancellation policy. Please refer to your confirmation for specific details.


Kohler Co. is not responsible for the weather or other acts of God and there will be no refunds for these occurrences. Transportation in such events is not guaranteed


Pet Policy - Pets are allowed on the Red Fox, Sandhill and Pond properties, including inside the residence. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pets are not permitted on Arsham Cabin property.

Family Policy - Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests. Arsham maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Extra Adult - 5th and 6th guests are each an additional $200 per night

Extra Child - 5th and 6th guests are each an additional $200 per night


Age requirement: Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Government-issued photo ID is required. Guests under the age of 15 are not permitted on Arsham property.

THE AMERICAN CLUB ® AND INN ON WOODLAKE GUESTS

  • Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): Guests are required to purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day to access the spa. If guest count allows, access passes may be available for purchase.
  • Weekends (Friday – Saturday; holidays and surrounding dates): Guests are required to purchase two 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day to access the spa.
CARRIAGE HOUSE GUESTS
  • Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): No minimum service requirement to access the spa. Complimentary spa access after 4pm on day of check-in to noon checkout.
  • Weekends (Friday–Sunday; holidays surrounding dates): Purchase at least one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person to access the spa.
NONHOTEL GUESTS
  • Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): Must purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person to access the spa.
  • Weekends (Friday – Saturday; holidays and surrounding dates): Hotel stay is required to use the spa.

Premium pricing: Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday pricing is $30 higher per service.


Spa Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 24 hours ahead of appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full rate of service. Kohler Waters Spa is a digital device-free environment. For a full list of our spa policies please visit our website. To take full advantage of our co-ed spaces, please remember to bring a bathing suit. Spa robes, sandals and towels are provided to all guests.



Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. For this reason, phones and digital devices are not permitted in the spa. For your convenience, a 22% service gratuity will be added automatically to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. The service gratuity consists of a 19% gratuity and a 3% service fee.

Golf Booking & Cancellation Policies:


Should you need to cancel, please contact our reservations team at 844-246-0011 more than 72 hours in advance to avoid penalty.


Carts / Caddies / Forecaddies


  • Golf carts are available on the River, Meadow Valleys and Irish Courses. Carts are not available on the Straits and the Baths Courses. The cart fee is $50 per player.
  • Walking caddies are HIGHLY recommended, but not required, on the Straits Course. Walking caddies are available upon request on the Irish course.
    • Caddie fee $90 per person.
    • Caddie gratuity $60 per bag recommended. Feel free to give more or less depending upon the level of service provided during the round. Paid to caddie at end of round.
    • In an effort to promote pace of play as well as the safety and health of our caddies, golfers should travel with a single-strap carry bag weighing less than 25 pounds. If your bag does not meet these requirements, you may be asked to use a provided change out bag

Should you need to cancel your simulator booking, please call the Kohler Swing Studio at 920-208-4668. Cancellations are accepted more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, a $20 fee will apply. If you have a qualified discount, it will be applied in the shop at time of play.
